Greg Mikolajczak, AIF®~ Vice President & Financial Advisor~ Greg has been working in the financial services industry for 19 years. Beginning his career as an intern and apprentice in high school, he has worked in a variety of customer service roles. He currently holds the FINRA series 7, 65, 63 securities registrations as well as state insurance licenses. In addition, he attained his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF(R)) designation in 2013.

Jim Conner~ Financial Advisor~ After 37 years with First Command as a financial professional providing wealth management services to retired and active military, Jim Conner began working with Jonathan Wilt at Heritage Group in Marlton, NJ where he has resided with his family for the last 42 years. Impressed with the well-known reputation of Lincoln in the area, Jim embarks on this career opportunity alongside his daughter, Carly.

Matt Dansker~ Financial Advisor~ Matt brings to Heritage Advisory Group more than 15 years in the financial advisory industry including working at two of the nation’s largest brokerage firms. Matt currently holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations. A South Jersey native, Matt proudly earned his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Andrew W. Wilt, CFP®~ Financial Advisor~ Having previously worked as a client service representative with Lincoln Investment, he has been working in the financial services industry since 2015. Andrew is a graduate of Villanova University, where he received a B.A. in Economics. Elevating his understanding of financial planning, Andrew acheived his CFP® certification in 2019. Andrew holds his FINRA series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations.

Susan Leach~ Client Relationship Manager~ Susan started her financial services career with a Connecticut firm where she performed stock analysis, as well as writing stock reports for the firm’s advisory newsletter. She joined Lincoln Investment in 1988. She holds a FINRA series 6 securities registration and is primarily responsible for the oversight of Heritage Advisory Group’s day-to-day operations and maintaining client relationships.

Jahnel Mikolajczak~ Sales Assistant~ Jahnel has worked with Jonathan and Greg for 13 years. Working previously in retail management and customer service, her primary focus is maintaining a high standard of the client experience. Jahnel is also responsible for all event planning activities of the firm. She holds a FINRA series 6 securities registration, as well as the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional designation.

Carly McCarty~ Sales Assistant~ Carly graduated College from West Virginia University in 2007 with a Bachelor Degree in Finance with a Minor in Communication. She joined her father, Jim Conner, as an Associate Financial Advisor. After graduation, she obtained her current Investment and Insurance Licenses. She attended Sunday School with Greg and Jahnel, who assisted her in transitioning from a previous firm to Heritage Advisory Group.

Julia Frederick~ Administrative Assistant~ Julie began working as an Administrative Assistant for Greg and Jonathan in 2021. She previously worked for several years as a Payroll Administrator. She is currently responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining contact with clients, and other special projects. Julie earned a B.A. degree from Montclair State University.

Ava Pine~ Intern~ Ava is new to the Heritage team, as she started working as an intern last summer. Experienced in customer service, she intends to use every day as a learning opportunity to help immerse herself in the economic world and create long-lasting relationships with clients. Ava is currently a junior at Rutgers University and is in the process of earning her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Jonathan H. Wilt, CFP®, AIF®, CLTC®~ President & Senior Financial Advisor~ Jonathan is the founder of Heritage Advisory Group. Starting his career in 1985, Jonathan has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jonathan considers it his mission to help our clients understand their idea of wealth. He currently holds his series 6, 63, 65, 7, 24 securities registrations.
